which detects them in your pocket or handbag as
soon as you approach and allows you to unlock
the vehicle by simply grasping the door handle.
From there the clever practicality continues with
RAV4’s Easy Flat seating system. Easily accessed
from the rear tailgate, a special one-touch lever
can create maximum load space in no time. Simply
open the back door, reach in and pull, and the rear
seats will instantly fold down flat.
The first system of its kind to be offered with a
vehicle in this class, Easy Flat combines with an
accommodating rear suspension design that
allows for increased cargo space, giving you the
entire floor length as a luggage area with just one
flick of a lever, and without having to remove a
single headrest or cushion. Not only that, but
you’ll also benefit from a convenient underfloor
compartment, giving you even more room for
equipment.
RAV4’s rear seats are split (60/40) and can be
reclined individually or slid backwards or forwards
to suit, offering you superb flexibility. Wherever
