Engine hood removal

( 1 ) Disconnect the engine hood damper

from the frame bracket.

(2) Disconnect the engine hood stay from

the frame bracket.

(3)

Remove engine hood hinge set screws
(2 pcs. on each side), and remove the
engine hood.

( 1 Disconnect the battery terminals.

Caution:
Always disconnect the negative terminal
first.

Remove the battery cap.

(3) Remove the battery.
