Radiator reserve tank removal

( 1 ) Disconnect the reserve tank hose f r o m

the radiator.

( 2 ) Remove the reserve tank.

Remove fan set bolts

pcs.) and re-

move the fan.

Coolant draining

Loosen the radiator drain plug to drain

the coolant.

Loosen the engine drain plug to drain

the coolant.

( 1 Loosen the inlet and outlet hose clamps.

( 2 ) Disconnect the torque converter cooler

hose ( i n torque converter vehicle).

Caution:

Identify

the

hose installed positions.

Remove radiator set bolts, and remove

the radiator.

Exhaust pipe disconnection

( 1 ) Remove flange set nuts

and

move the exhaust pipe.

Accelerator cable disconnection
