 Pull off the rubber cap from the top of 
the pressure regulator.

Press down on the center post and rotate 
90°. The center post should stay down. 
(Fig. #22). Replace the rubber cap.

Fill in the date and the name of the 
person who performed the conversion 
in the white area on the conversion 
label. Peel off the protective backing 
and apply the conversion label directly 
over the gas specifi cations on the rating 
label.

13.  Re locate the control box shield  and   
 

re-attach the access panel to the side  

 

of the fi rebox with the screws    

 

previously removed. (Fig. #23 & 24)

Note: Both the control box shield and the 
access panel must be reinstalled after 
conversion/ installation  or servicing has 
been completed. Failure to do so may 
cause premature failure of the control 
system.
