All outer joints of the vent pipe must be sealed with the approved "High Temperature" self-
adhesive aluminium tape provided. Wrap the tape completely around the joint and press 
firmly in place.

After sealing the vent pipe an insulating blanket and cover (

Pt# TC36.9709 included) 

must be installed around the vent pipe, flush with the top of the unit and secured by 
fitting tabs through slots and bending over tabs 180° as shown in Fig. #60. The parts 
required are included. 

*NOTE: bending tabs to 90° away from arc bend prior to installation eases the process.
