• Remove the radio box lid from the radio box.

• Remove the receiver battery

holder from the receiver cover.

• Install (4) “AA” batteries, making sure polarity

is correct.

• Reinstall the receiver battery holder.

• Secure the radio box lid to the radio box with

the clips provided.

• Install eight “AA” batteries into transmitter, making sure the polarity is correct.

• Insert the antenna into the top of the transmitter and tighten.

• Turn the transmitter on and check the battery light.

• If both LED’s light up, the batteries are acceptable. If only the red LED lights

up, immediately replace the batteries.

• Uncoil and straighten the antenna wire.

• Route the receiver antenna wire through

the antenna tube.

• Install the tube into the antenna mount.

• Secure the excess antenna wire to the

side of the antenna tube with tape or a
short [3mm] length of fuel tubing by
slipping it over the antenna tube and wire.
