WARNING!
DO NOT pull out the exhaust valve when you are turning it.
CAUTION!
After cooking fluid foods (porridge or Rice Pudding), do not turn the exhaust
valve so the lid can be opened quickly. The Express Pot must first be switched off,
unplugged from the mains outlet, and must cool naturally for the float valve to drop. You
may ONLY open the lid after appliance has cooled and the float valve has dropped.
CAUTION! DO NOT
open the exhaust valve immediately. It’s suggested to keep the food
warm for a certain amount of time before opening the lid.
To close the lid:

Before closing the lid, check if the seal ring is properly installed. Refer the Dissembling
and Installing the Lid’s Seal Ring section for further instructions on instructions properly
maintaining the seal ring.
1. Put the top cover horizontally on the cooker body.
2. Hold the handle and turn it clockwise for approximately 30° until the mark on the
upper cover’s edge is aimed at the mark on the housing cover’s edge, and then lift the
upper cover.
Dissembling And Installing The Lid’s Block-Proof Cover:
Pull up to remove & press down to replace.
1. Check if the block-proof cover is properly installed in the lid’s upper cover before each
use.
2. After each use, clean around the block-proof cover to avoid the possibility of jamming.
Keeping the cover clean also prevents any bad odours from developing.
Disassemble and install the block-proof cover:
Disassemble: Pull cover upwards.
Install: Press cover down to install
