LIMITATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES
ALL WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY THE LAW OF ANY STATE

No Change, Modification, or Extension
No person, agent, distributor, dealer or company is
authorized to change, modify or extend the terms of these
limited warranties in any manner whatsoever.
Time for Taking Action
The time within which action must be commenced to
enforce any obligation of TACP arising under this limited
warranty or under any law of the United States or of any
state thereof is hereby limited to 90 days from the date you
discovered, or should have discovered, the defect. This
limitation does not apply to implied warranties arising under
the law of any state of the U.S.A.

When you send the product to a Service Station, you must use the original carton box and packing material, then insert the
original carton box containing the unit into another carton using more packing material.
