Remove screw
Lift the magnet WE head

Release the tab holding holder ACE toward arrows.
(Refer to detail drawing ‘A’)
Remove screw
3) Lift the magnet ACE head ass’y
Assembly When reinstalling, be sure to align the three
teeth of X-Position gear with the
two slot of ACE head base.
NOTE When adjusting the X-position adjustment gear
using driver, do not adjust by force.

Slide Guide Roller Removal
Remove the cylinder ass’y from the main base.

Remove the slide from the gear loading
ass’y. (Refer to Fig.
Move the guide roller ‘S’, ass’y to slot and then lift it
to remove. (Refer to arrow)
