Connecting the USB Cable to your PC

You need to use the exclusive USB cable to connect TOSHIBA PDR-
3310 to your PC.

<Caution>

Make sure the sizes of the USB jacks. The smaller jack will be inserted into the
camera, and the bigger one will be inserted into the PC.

Insert the attached CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive.

Select “English”.

Click “

Install Image Expert”.

Follow the display instructions to proceed with setup.

Click “

Follow the display instructions to proceed with setup.

Select “English”.

Installing the movie play software

<Installing the Quick Time (Windows)>

Open the CD-ROM using the Explorer software or the like.
Sample procedure: Move the mouse pointer on the CD-ROM icon, click
the right button on the mouse and select the

[Open (O)]

Open the “QuickTim” folder.

Open the “English” folder.

Double-click the “QuickTim.exe” icon

Follow the display instructions to install the QuickTime.

Check the version of your Macintosh QuickTime.
When the version is 4.0 or later, you don’t need follow the steps below.

The icon of the CD-ROM “PDR-3310” appears on the desktop.

Double-click the “PDR-3310” icon.

Double-click the “QuickTime Installer”.

Follow the display instructions to install the QuickTime.
