13-1-9. Noise Filter P.C. Board (MCC-1608A, B) Replacement Procedure

<18 to 22HP outdoor unit case (Left side of Noise Filter Box)>

Replacement steps:

(1)

Turn off the power supply of the outdoor unit and allow at least 3 minutes for the capacitor to discharge.

(2) Remove the terminal block sub-assembly

Remove the screws

②

on the power supply terminal block

④

and the screws

③

securing the terminal block

subassembly

①

• he screws will be reused during the installation of the service P.C. board, so keep them in a safe place.

(3) Disconnect all the connectors and Faston terminals used to connect wiring to the noise filter P.C. board.

• he line filter

and its leads, both connected to the screw-on terminals

of the noise filter P.C. board (A) will

be removed in step 6.

• D sconnect all the connectors and Faston terminals.
