REMOVAL OF MECHANICAL PARTS
AND P.C. BOARDS
TOP CABINET AND FRONT CABINET
(Refer to Fig. 1-1)

Remove the 5 screws

Remove the Top Cabinet in the direction of arrow (A).
Disconnect the following connector: (CP681).
Unlock the 8 supports

Remove the Front Cabinet in the direction of arrow (B).
Remove the 3 screws

Remove the Operation PCB in the direction of arrow (C).

Open Flap to 90˚ and flex in direction of arrow (A), at the
same time slide in direction of arrow (B).
Then lift in direction of arrow (C).

Disconnect the following connectors:
(CP1704, CP4001, CP5701).
Remove the 6 screws

Remove the Deck CD Block in the direction of arrow (A).
Remove the 2 screws

Remove the Angle DVD (L) in the direction of arrow (B).
Remove the 2 screws

Remove the Angle DVD (R) in the direction of arrow (C).
Disconnect the following connector: (CP5751).
Remove the 2 screws

Remove the DV PCB Block in the direction of arrow (D).
1-4: DECK CD AND DV PCB (Refer to Fig. 1-4)
1-3: POWER PCB (Refer to Fig. 1-3)

Disconnect the following connectors:
(CP1702, CP1703).
Remove the 3 screws

Remove the Power PCB in the direction of arrow (A).
Disconnect the following connector: (CP1705).
Remove the 4 screws

Remove the Fan Holder and Fan Motor in the direction
of arrow (B).
