To select the woofer internal/external mode:

Press the 

MENU

 button, then press the   or   button to

display the SET UP menu.

Press the   or    button to
select AV connection, then
press the 

OK

 button to display

the AV connection menu.

Press the   or   button to
select Woofer, then press the 
or   button to select Internal
or External.
• Internal is to use the bass boost.
• External is to use an external woofer system.

To use the bass boost:

Select the woofer internal mode as shown above.

Press the 

 button to display

Bass boost level.

While the Bass boost display is
on the screen, press the   or 
button to adjust the Bass boost
level.

To turn off the Bass boost, press
the 

 button to display Bass

boost Off.

To use an external woofer system:

Connect an external woofer to
the “WOOFER OUT” output
terminal located on the rear of
the TV (see page 48).

Select woofer external mode
from the AV connection menu.

Press the 

 button to display

External Woofer level, then
press the   or   button to
adjust the External Woofer
level.

To turn off the External Woofer,
press the 

 button to display

External Woofer Off.

The Bass Boost effect is active only when
