Data Setting Screen
The following screens show the setting procedure for setting the data variables. They are accessed
from the main 'data setting screens' (see page 30) when the key is pressed:
Set to Y (yes), the unit will automaticallly
retransfer back to UPS mode after transfer-
ring momentarily to bypass mode to prevent
a sag in the output due to an instantaneous
load change. If set to N (no), the unit will
attempt to ride out the load change and the
output voltage could be decreased momen-
tarily.
Default setting is NO.
This setting uses the remote switch to place
the unit to bypass mode.
This setting uses the remote switch to shut
the output of the unit off. While off, the on
line LED will be flashing and the LCD will
display the message:
OUTPUT SHUTDOWN
REMOTE OFF
The remote switch connection is on the rear
terminal block at positions 11 and 12. The
unit will transfer 2 secs. after closing the
remote switch and will return to UPS mode
2 secs. after the switch opens.
Default setting is BYPASS
This setting selects the RS232 as the
communication port, SNMP is disabled.
This setting selects the SNMP as the
communication port, RS232 is disabled.
Default setting is RS232
Set to YES, the unit will perform a battery
test the first time the unit transfers to On
Line. If Auto Run (see page 31) is set to YES
then the battery test will be done at power up.
Default setting is YES
