Toro TITAN 2014 Service Manual

Mower Deck Installation - 48, 54 & 60 Inch

Deck

1. Park the machine on a level surface and disengage

the PTO switch.

2. Move the motion control levers outward to the

neutral lock position, stop the engine, remove the

key, and wait for all moving parts to stop before

leaving the operating position.

3. Slide deck assembly under the machine.

4. Lower the height-of-cut lever to the lowest position.

5. Safely lift the mower deck and attach the top chain

link to the lift arm hooks on all four lift points.

6. Install the front pivot pin, (2) washers and (2) cotter

pins.

7. Properly route and install the PTO belt and tensioner

spring and shown in this chapter.

8. Level deck if needed as shown in this chapter.

9. Verify proper function.
