TROUBLE SHOOTING
Faulty seat sensor switch.
Low oil level.
Faulty shut off sensor switch.
Pressure relief valve
jammed open or wrongly set.
Cutterblade jammed.
Cutterdeck control valve
in the ‘off’ position caused by:
- Defective control
valve.
- Electrical fault.
Hoses wrongly connected.
Cutterdecks fail to start
up when lowered into work.
Cutterblades rotate in
wrong direction.
Check mechanical and
electrical operation
of switch.
Fill hydraulic oil
reservoir to correct
level.
Check mechanical adjust-
ment and electrical opera-
tion.
Have relief valve
cleaned and pressure
checked. Consult your Toro
dealer.
Free off as necessary.
Overhaul control
valve.
Have electrical
system checked.
Check hydraulic
circuit and reconnect
as necessary.
