Installing the Controls
Parts needed for this procedure:
1 Traction bracket
1 Throttle lever
1
Spring
Procedure
1. Install the new traction bracket to the handle
using the previously removed hardware (
Figure
15 ).
Note:
If the original traction bracket was
attached to the machine through 2 holes in the
handle, order Part No. 112-9318 and 110-2415
to complete the installation.
2. Install the previously removed handle assembly.
Note:
Refer to the handle assembly removal
and reverse the steps for installation.
3. Install the previously removed traction lever and
cable with the previously removed fasteners
(
Figure 15 ).
Important:
The installation is similar to the
installation on the removed bracket; refer to
the previous removal instructions (
Figure 5 ).
4. Install the proximity switch to the traction bracket
using the previously removed fasteners; ensure
that the distance between the top of the sensor
and the bottom of the traction handle is within
6/100 to 9/100 inches (
Figure 11 ).
Note:
Use the rear holes for proximity switch
installation.

6. Install the new throttle lever to the traction
bracket using the previously removed hardware
