Maintenance
WARNING
Failure to properly maintain the machine could result in premature failure of machine systems
causing possible harm to you or bystanders.
Keep the machine well maintained and in good working order as indicated in these instructions.

Maintenance Procedure
After the first 20 hours
• Change the reduction-case oil.
After the first 25 hours
• Change the engine oil.
• Inspect the belts and adjust as necessary (belt-drive models only).
Before each use or daily
• Inspect the air-cleaner elements.
• Check the engine-oil level.
• Inspect the tires.
• Check the reduction-case oil.
After each use
• Clean the drum between mixing batches of material.
• Lubricate the trunnions.
• Torque the wheel lug nuts to 108 to 122 N∙m (80 to 90 ft-lb) after towing.
Every 40 hours
• Inspect the belts and adjust as necessary (belt-drive models only).
• Check the clutch operation
Every 50 hours
• Clean the air-cleaner elements. Clean them more frequently in dusty operating
conditions.
Every 100 hours
• Change the engine oil.
• Check the spark plug.
• Clean the spark arrester (if equipped).
• Clean the fuel-sediment cup.
• Change the reduction-case oil.
Every 300 hours
• Replace the paper air-cleaner element. Replace it more frequently in dusty
operating conditions.
• Replace the spark plug.
Monthly
• Lubricate the pillow-block bearings.
Yearly
• Grease the wheel bearings.
Yearly or before storage
• Clean the fuel-sediment cup.
Every 2 years
• Replace the belts (belt-drive models only).
