Note:
If desired, the belt guides can be removed with the
removal and installation of the primary clutch. It is not
necessary for the installation of this kit.

Tighten the bolt to secure the guide in the new position.
Torque the bolts to 50 lb-ft (68 N

m).

Rotate the lower guide to rest on the engine mount pan.

Tighten the bolt to secure the guide in the new position.
Torque the bolts to 50 lb-ft (68 N

Remove the existing belt. This step can be facilitated by
cutting the old belt and then removing it.
7.
Install the new belt included in the kit over the primary
clutch. Make sure belt is installed with the large teeth
side facing inward.
8.
Pull the belt toward and work it around the secondary
clutch. The new belt is flexible and can be worked over
the secondary clutch.
9.
Install the front agitation hose on the tank removed
previously. Use caution to avoid exposure to residual
chemicals in the hose when installing.
