Maintenance Procedure
After the first 8 hours
• Check the torque of the wheel nuts.
• Change the engine oil.
• Check the condition and tension of the belts.
After the first 10 hours
• Check the torque of the wheel nuts.
Before each use or daily
• Check the engine oil level.
• Clean the engine screen and the oil cooler.
• Check the hydraulic lines and hoses.
• Check the chopper tips.
• Check the brush wear.
• Clean the brush/chopper housing.
Every 4 hours
• Inspect and clean the brush/chopper housings —Clean more often in high soil
moisture conditions.
Every 50 hours
• Grease the bearings and bushings.
• Check the condition and tension of the belts.
Every 100 hours
• Change the engine oil.
• Check the battery electrolyte level.
• Clean the engine.
Every 200 hours
• Check and/or replace the primary air filter.
• Replace the oil filter.
• Check the spark plugs.
Every 600 hours
• Replace the safety air filter.
• Replace the fuel filter.
