1) After work, the device shall be retreated to the guarantee position and the gas

valve shall be closed. The residual gases in the pipe shall be emptied and the
power supply shall be closed.

2) Special tools attached in the machine shall be counted and taken back.
3) Implement shift handover system and keep proper shift handover records on the

operation condition of the device on the shift.

4) It is required to carefully clear the site and keep the work area tidy and orderly.

(Daily maintenance)
1) Do not stand, step on, or lean against heavy object on the track. Striking is not

allowed, either. Each shift shall use compressed air to remove dust on the guide
rail surface and use gauze to stain 20# engine oil to wipe the track surface. Keep
the guide rail surface lubricant and clean at any time.

2) It is required to use 20# engine oil to clean the transmission rack every day. It is

not allowed to leave granular splash on the rack.

3) The operators are only allowed to disassemble the cutting nozzle. They shall not

disassemble other parts at will. The electrical junction box can only be opened
when overhauled by relevant personnel.

4) If a fault occurs to this device, repair personnel shall be timely requested to

handle. When the fault is relatively significant, it is required to report to the
device section which will organize relevant personnel to review and determine a
repair scheme. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble and check the machine
without authorization.

(Safety guarantee)
1) Since this type of work is a special type of work, the operators must have the

license of this type of work issued by the labor bureau.

2) The workers shall work with relevant hangtags. Irrelevant personnel shall not

enter or even push the buttons without authorization to avoid damaging the
machine or program to result in data missing.

3) Strong vibration source shall be avoided around the device.
4) When the device is moved, make sure no unhooking or pushing forward occurs.
