12 STARTING THE MACHINE

Before placing the cables on the pulley:
- Check that the electric connections have been made correctly
and that the terminal box covers have been put back into
position.

step and recheck.
- At this point, place the cables on the pulley and perform the
first operations.
- Make sure that the counterweight is the correct size and does
not overload the winch and the motor. WARNING Never operate
the winch under load when the base fastening bolts are not tight!
This may cause serious damage to the machine.
