SAFETY ADVICE

• This product is for household use only. It is not intended as a substitute for consulta-
tion with your doctor.
• Examine the pacifier bulb before each use for cracks, tears, tackiness or other signs of
wear. Discard the worn unit immediately.
• Do not expose to direct sunlight, high temperature, moisture or dirt.
• Do not attempt to pull or twist the nipple apart from the body as this will damage the
thermo-meters sensitivity probe and electronics.
• Never allow a child to play with this product. It is not a toy. It is a sensitive electronic
device and may be damaged if not used properly under parental supervision.
• Use this thermometer for oral temperature measurements only.
• The battery is not replaceable. Do not attempt to remove the battery.

HOW TO USE
• Remove the protection cover carefully.
• Press the On/Off button briefly. The display indicates first
36.5°C and afterwards
‘L°C’
. When the
‘°C’
symbol starts
flashing, the thermometer is ready to use.
• If the ambient temperature is higher than 44°C, the display indicates
‘H°C’
.
• Position the pacifier thermometer bulb in your child’s mouth. Allow your child to suck at
least 3 minutes (minimum). To have a more accurate temperature, keep the thermom-
eter in the child’s mouth for 6 to 8 minutes.
• When the peak temperature is stable for 32 seconds, the alarm tone will be heard.
• To turn the unit off, press the On/Off button briefly.
• Re-install the protection cover immediately after use.

MEMORY
The last 5 measurement results are stored in the memory.
To recall the memory:
• Press and hold the On/Off button. The display will show M1, followed by the last meas-
urement result in °C.
• When the result is shown, press the On/Off button to recall the previous result.
Note: If you wait too long, 36,5°C followed by ‘L°C’ will be displayed and the thermometer
will initialize for starting a new measurement.
• Press the On/Off button repeatedly to scroll though the 5 memories.
