Any modification or maintenance not indicated in the manual must not be undertaken.

The manufacturer shall not be held liable for any personal injury or material damage caused by use not in accordance with the instructions in this

manual. In the event of any problem or uncertainty, please consult a qualified person to handle the installation correctly.

THE NATURE OF HAZARDOUS SITUATIONS

The use of car dollies is subject to certain hazards that cannot be prevented by mechanical means, but only by the exercise of intelligence, care, and

common sense. It is essential to have personnel involved in the use and operation of the device who are careful, competent, trained, and qualified in

the safe operation of the device and its proper use when servicing motor vehicles and their components. Examples of hazards are dropping, tipping

or slipping of loads caused primarily by improperly securing loads, overloading, off-centered loads, use on other than hard level surfaces, and using

equipment for a purpose for which it was not intended.

• Failure to heed these warnings may result in serious or fatal personal injury and/or property damage.

• It is not permitted to work under the lifted load until it is secured with appropriate means.

CONTROL AND MAINTENANCE

A simple periodic visual inspection is recommended to prevent any possible failure or malfunction during use.

- Grease or lubricate with an appropriate product every 2 months, or more often depending on use.

- Clean the product at least once a week to remove all dust and dirt that could degrade the product’s long-term performance. Use self-cleaning

cloths. Do not use water or flammable or corrosive liquids.

- Repairs must be carried out by qualified personnel. Replacement parts are available from the manufacturer GYS.

- Do not use it if you notice any broken, bent, cracked or damaged parts.

- Any unit that appears damaged in any way, does not operate normally, or is missing parts should be taken out of service immediately.

 - The life of the jack depends on care and maintenance. Lack of maintenance will lead to premature wear and tear of the jack and will result in it

being taken out of service.
