Moving Instructions
To Move the Treadmill

Make sure the treadmill is fully stopped before trying to move it.
ü
Stand towards the rear end of running deck. Lift up the rear end of the running deck as the arrow shown
in above picture.
ü
Push the treadmill forward to your desired location and stop. Put the rear end down to the ground gently.

Attention!
ü
Before moving treadmill, please make sure the power cord plug has been pulled from the socket.
Otherwise it may result damage to the plug and socket.
