Note:
1. Please test on other workpiece before this operation, in order to avoid any damage to auto body
surface due to over ranged current or operating duration.
2.The current and duration shall be determined by thickness of body sheet metal.
3.After this operation, the other function operation can be following. If not, please switch off the
machine and disconnect power supply, and arrange all accessories for the next operation.
A Round Washer welding
Install welding head with washer
on welding torch and locked
Adjust time
Choose the operation
mode
Put the welding torch on the workpiece with
light pressure
Remove the welding torch, connect pulling
hammer with washer, and fix the sunken surface.
