REPLACING SAW BLADE

1. When replacing the saw blade,make

sure the new saw blade has a diameter

of 7-1/4", RPM rating of at least

7,000, and arbor hole of 5/8" diameter.

2. When mounting the new saw blade,

the direction arrows on the blade

correspond with the arrow on the upper

guard.(See Figure.5)

3. Put the saw in the upper position.

4. Use supplied Phillips screwdriver 

to loosen screws and lower the side 

blade cover. (See Figure. 5)

Use supplied Allen wrench to take 

out the blade bolt and washer. (See Figure. 6)

Caution: This is a reverse threaded screw. 

If you turn the screw to the right, it will 

loosen; turn to the left it will tighten.

5. Press and hold the spindle-lock button,

and rotate the blade at the same time

until it locks into position.

6. Install a new 7-1/4” TCT blade.

Assembly is reverse order of disassembly,

reattach and tighten all hardware.(See Figure. 7)
