Once   the   Lexan™   windshield   has   been   

prepared   the   protective   paper   can   be   

removed

   

   

Starting   at   one   end   begin   inserting   the   

windshield   into   the   slot   of   the   windshield   

instrument   panel

   

   

Before   continuing   with   the   windshield   

assembly   process   insure   the   windshield   

itself   is   centered   and   fully   seated   in   the   slot   

of   the   windshield   instrument   panel

   

   

Begin   attaching   the   windshield   channels   by   

pushing   the   top   channels   onto   the   top   edge   

of   the   windshield   

   

If   necessary   a   dead   blow   hammer   can   be   

used   to   help   seat   the   channels   in   place
