How do I do it?
1 - Go to settings, press (OK)
2 - Press the Number 12 (Restore Settings) , then
press (OK)
3 - Enter the code 1122 and then press (OK) then
select the option that says (YES) the phone will
retake the original configuration, this may help you
restore volume and sounds.
