10.1 The phone does not turn on
If the phone is new and has never been used, make
sure to perform ALL the steps in section 6 Battery
and Charger
If the phone has already been used and it worked
perfectly and now will not turn on. Charge for 4 hours
to ensure that the battery is fully charged.

SOS function is not activated
Verify that the phone has a SIM card installed, While
in standby mode, press the up or down Menu key
, and select "Settings" , then press the Left
Function Key
, "OK." With the menu key,
choose "Options SOS" and press "OK"
Verify SOS numbers have registered.
