9.5 I cannot hear others but everybody
else can hear me
Verify that the earpiece volume is not completely
disabled. Make a phone call and while on the call,
repeatedly press the "+" volume button
10 Phone does not recognize my
MicroSD card or cannot read music, pictures or
video stored on my MicroSD card
The following three folders must exist in the root of
the MicroSD card:

My Music : In this folder you should put the
music files you want to hear on the phone in MP3
format, if the music files are in another folder , the
phone will NOT reproduce. NOTE: the phone only
plays music files in MP3 and MDI format.

Videos : This folder stores video files that are
recorded with the phone and video files you wish to
be played. NOTE: the phone only plays files in AVI
and MP4 format.

Photos : The photographs taken with the camera
phone will be stored in this folder. (Make sure your
MicroSD card is not greater than 4GB).
