6 UNPACKING THE INSTRUMENT
SAVE THE BOX
Please save all the original packing material in the event that the tester must be returned. Prior to
returning any item, the customer
MUST
obtain a Return Material Authorization Number (RA #) from
the TMI Customer Service Department.
