7.2 Installation
The LANDesk
software that comes with the motherboard runs in
Windows NT or Windows 95 system.
Upon entering the Windows NT 4.0 or Windows 95 environment, insert
the CD. Windows will autorun the installation program and shows the
following screen.
If you are the client user or the administrator, click the “
Install LANDesk
Client Manager
” or “
Install LANDesk Administrator Manager
”. If
you want to manage your equipment by yourself, click “
Install LDCM
Custom Setup
”.
In order to read the manual, you will need the Adobe Reader software.
Click “
Install Adobe Reader
” to install software into your system.
If your operating system is Windows NT 3.51, run the following
“setup.exe” command in the following directories accordingly:

LDCM\NT\Client (for LANDesk Client Manager)
z
LDCM\NT\Admin (for LANDesk Administrator Manager)
z
LDCM\NT\Custom (for LDCM Custom Setup)
