The Conveyor TR is packed and delivered as
per the illustration.

When assembling the TR Conveyor TR,
remember to dispose of any cardboard, straps
and plastic inan environmentally friendly man-
ner.
Fitting of new Conveyor TR:
• Fit a 1 m return section

together with one
or more mid-sections
(B)
, depending on the
required length.
• Fit the sections together in the splice plates
(C)
using the associated screws.
• Then
fi t a 1 m operating section with a gear
motor

at the end of the Conveyor TR
• Mount the belt the correct way.

• Thread the belt and carrier

on and lock in
position using a belt splice pin

• When the belt has been threaded into
position, fi t the base plates
(G)
to the under-
side of the Conveyor TR using theassociated
screws.
• Check that the belt tracks straight. This is
done by tightening/slacken the screws

on the driving roller on the return section on
both sides. Tighten the belt so that it doesn’t
spin on the driving roller.
