After the trainee with the handset phone

answers the call
by pressing the green “talk” key, the record of the phone conversation
starts automatically.
As soon as the record starts, the display timecounter
TIM
begins to
run.
In addition, the trackcounter
TRAC
shows the current record index number.

During the record it is possible to listen the actual phone conversation
by using the integrated loudspeaker (monitoring
function). To adjust the
monitoring volume to a comfortable level, use the
vol+ / vol-
keys.
Volume can be adjusted in a range from
0
to maximum
15
.
Monitoring volume is different to playback volume and setup will be
stored due to the dual audio circuit system separately.
To mute the loudspeaker, adjust the volume level to
0
. If
“stumm”
appears on the display, the monitoring function is disabled.
To avoid audio back coupling, adjust the loudspeaker to an reasonable volume!

To hang up the phone, press the red “end call” key on the handset
phone. The TK-MP3 phonecoach stops the record of the phone
conversation automatically and returns into the automatic record
mode. After the record counter
TRAC
displayed the actual count, the
TK-MP3 phonecoach is ready to record again.
During conversation it is possible to stop the current record by pressing the
stop
key without finishing the phone call. To restart the record, get off
the phone first and make a new call.
Manual record of telephone calls
1.
To switch TK-MP3 phonecoach to record
MANUALLY
mode, press the
rec./play
key for more than 5 seconds.

In this mode, the record does not start automatically after setup a phone
conversation. To start the record, press the
play
key. To stop the record,
press the
stop
key.

As often as you want, you can start and stop the record of the phone
conversation now.
After each record stop, the record counter
TRAC
increases the actual count.
4.
To switch back to automatic
RECORD
mode of TK-MP3 phonecoach, press
again
rec./play
key for more than 5 seconds.
