Step 3.
Use Driver attach the Pedal (6a&6b)
onto Pedal Tube(7a&7b) with Hex head
bolts(70) the Washers (69) and Nylon
nuts(80).
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS :
Unpack the carton and check from the parts, that all'components are present.
Do not dispose of the packing material until assembly has been completed.
(Please assemble by using the tools included)

Step 1.
Attach the Front Stabilizer(2) and rear
stabilizer(44) onto Main Frame (1) with
the Arc washers (11)
cap nuts(12) and
carriage bolts (10).

Step 2.
Connect upper hardness wire (49) with
lower hardness wire (48) ,and assewbly the
upright post (3) to main frame (1) with bolt
(13) and washer(52,11).
Step 4: Svingarme og pedalrør
Step 5.
Use Screw Driver attach the Handlebar
(5a&5b ) onto lower handlebar with the
Carriage Bolts(56) and washers(57) and
Cap Nuts(58).
Step 4.
Take off the Nylon nut(61) and
washers(77) from from the axles of the
upright tube(3).Take off the
bolts(55),washers(77) and nylon nuts(61)
from the pedal tube arm(54).Attach the end
of the steeves(4a&4b) to the axle on the
upright tube(3) with washers(77) and nylon
nuts(61) that are just taken off from the
axles of the upright tube(3) .Attach one end
of the pedal tubes onto the pedal tube
arm(54) on the Main Frame(1) with
bolts(55),washers(77) and nylon nuts(61)
that are just taken off from the pedal tube
arm(54).Cover the nut cap(62) onto the
nylon nuts(61).

Step 6.
Insert the pulse wires(75) into the bigger
hole on the upright tube(3) and pull them
out from the top of the upright
tube(3).Then attacht the U-style bar(89)
onto the tube(3) and fix it with the
screws(13) and washers(52).
Connect pulse wire(75) and sensor wire(49)
to the wire of computer(8), and attached the
computer(8) to the end of upright post(3).

Monter pedalerne (7a, 7b) på
pedalrørene (6a, 6b).
Bemærk, at
pedalerne kan monteres i flere
positioner.
Brug bolte (70) samt
spændeskiver (69) og låsemøtrikker
(80).
Møtrikkerne
må
ikke
overspændes,
da
det
kan
beskadige pedalerne.
Afmonter
låsemøtrikker
(61)
og
spændeskiver (77) fra akslerne på
uprighten. Afmonter den bolt (55),
som er monteret i bageste ende af
pedalrørene (6a, 6b).
Monter svingarmene (4a, 4b) på
akslerne på uprighten
– de to skiver
(62, 64) skal sidde inderst på akslen.
Yderst monteres spændeskive (77)
og låsemøtrik (61).
Monter
derefter
pedalrørene
i
beslaget (54), som er monteret på
spinhjulet i
hver side. Benyt bolt (55)
samt spændeskive (77) og låsemøtrik
(61).
