10.2. Checking retention parts
All maintenance operations must be done by skilled personnel!
Periodically (at least every 6 months), make sure all the retention parts are tight (screws, pins, nuts,
etc.) and check the condition of joints.
Periodically (at least every 6 months), it have to be done the service
check by authorised servicer. All this check – services have to be
noted in service book with date and sign of service done. Only with
the signed service book the warranty is valid.

Connecting the battery on a wall charger (CHJ2) and on box (CBJ 2).
Battery is inserted into CHJ2 or CBj 2 to place it on the bus and pushed it into place.
Remove the battery from CHJ2 or CBJ 2 by holding the handle at the back of the battery and then press
it to remove the battery.
8.3.1. Charging the battery
How do we know when we have to connect the battery charger? When the voltage drops below a
certain point we hear a sound signal, which informs us that it is necessary to connect the battery
charger.
Wall battery charger has two signal lights (yellow and green). Green light shows when the charger is
connected to power. Yellow light is turn on when the battery is charging when the battery is fully
charged, the yellow light turns off. Charging the battery takes about 4 hours.
Before first use the battery have to be connected 12 hours!
Do not charging the battery in bathroom!
