[Plain] key
Choose this menu to cook plain milled rice.
Type: Long-grain plain rice
Keep warm function: Maximum 12 hours
Water adjustment:
Adjust water to the level of the "Plain" scale marked inside the inner pan.
Note: If rice and/or ingredients are cooked harder than expected, add water within a range of 1/3 of a
scale.

* When cooking short-grain plain rice, choose the [Synchro-Cooking] key and adjust the water amount to the “Plain”
scale.
* Start cooking the rice soon after it has been washed, otherwise, it may result in burnt rice.

[Brown] key
Choose this menu to cook brown rice, which is not milled.
If the amount of brown rice is greater than that of plain rice, choose the [Brown] key.
If the amount of brown rice is the equal to/lesser than that of plain rice, choose the [Plain] key.
We recommend that you soak brown rice in water for 1 to 2 hours before cooking.
When cooking multigrain rice mixed with brown rice, be sure to choose the [Brown] key.
Maximum amount of brown rice and multigrain: 1.0 L type cooker: 3.5 cups
1.8 L type cooker: 6 cups
Type: Short/long-grain brown rice
Mixed brown rice
Keep warm function: Not allowed.
