Before first use/When not used for a while
Remove from the box and remove any product packing or cushioning
materials.
Wash the lid, pan and plate and wipe off any moisture.
See pg. 12
Use a paper towel or similar item when wiping the undersides of the pan or plate for the first time as
coating may stick to the towel.
