2. Install hose connector (45) into the hot water receptacle (40).
3. Install basket support (50) and hot water receptacle (40) into chassis (5)
using screws (55).
D. Heater Assembly (Figure 1003)
1. Install control thermostat (10) onto heater casting (5) using screws (20) and
washers (25) using thermal grease as required (15).
2. Apply thermal grease (35) to mating surfaces and install overheat thermostat
(30) onto heater casting (5) using screws (40) and washers (45).
E. Heater Assembly Installation (Figure 1001)
1. Install tray (90) and gasket (95) to chassis (5).
2. Position heater assembly (100) and clamp (105) to chassis (5) and Install
screws (110) and locknuts (115).
3. Reconnect all electrical leads for the heater assembly (100) to their terminal
board (275) locations.
4. Install bottom cover (285) using screws (290).

A. Top Cover and Cold Water Tray Assembly (Figure 1002)
1. Position cold water tray onto chassis, and apply black RTV (15) to mating
surfaces of cold water tray (20). Install to top cover using screws 25 and
locknuts (35).
B. Water Tank Assembly (Figure 1002)
1. Install ground and liquid level probe leads onto tank (380) using screws (390)
and split lockwasher (395).
2. Position water tank (380) into chassis (5) and install screws (385).
