The carburetor and needles of the engine on the helicopter has been tuned at Factory, to slightly adjust may be
necessary per the actual condition recommended.
Mount the steel linkage ball to the outer hole on the plastic throttle arm. At full throttle stick, the carburetor hole should
open completely. At low throttle and with the throttle trim all the way down, the carburetor hole should close completely.
Adjust the ATV function in your transmitter to achieve the requirement above. Listen to the servo,
it should not make any binding noise. Try to keep the throttle ATV between 90% and 110%. If your
radio does not have ATV, then adjust the location of the steel link ball on the throttle servo arm
to get the correct throttle travel.

The sensor of Alpha Zero II Governor has been mounted onto the engine correctly at Factory; please follow the process
below to complete the setting on your transmitter. A 7-channel or above programmable radio system is required to
operate the governor; if your radio system only features 6-channel or active governor function is not preferred, you may
just skip this step to page 13, REFUEL and START ENGINE.

GOVERNOR SETTING

■ General Settings
The Zero Alpha II could be operated in 2 modes: Lock or Unlock Mode.
In the Unlock Mode, the governor function is suspended and the
throttle is controlled per the throttle curve. In the Lock Mode, the
governor will be always active only if one of conditions below happens:

The sensor, throttle or AUX channel are not operating correctly.

The Zero Alpha has not been calibrated correctly.

The throttle is at 25% and lower.

The ATV (travel of servo) of AUX is lower than +/-10%.

The actual RPM of main rotor head has not been reached to 80% of the setting value.

Moreover, ensure the swashplate-throttle mixing function is inhibited when calibrating and operating in Lock Mode.
The Zero α II
• The Zero α II

■ Unlock Mode
1. Switch position check
When power is turned on, the LED of the Zero α II will flash quickly for 10 seconds.  After that, a steady red light
indicates that the governor is in Unlock mode; a flashing red light indicates Lock mode.
