9.3.4. Language 

The user can select the preferred user-interface language. Language selection is independent of computer locale 
or computer language packs installed. 

Complete translations are available in English, French and Russian and Chinese, more will be available in the 
future. In the event that a piece of translated text is missing, the controller will default to English for that text. Future 
translations are installed by simply copying a resource-only dll file into a sub-folder of VytranCX controller.
