This configuration has three axes:

Axis 1

: Front to back

All three axes have motorized linear stages. Axis 1 and Axis 3 have 150

μm

piezo elements while Axis 4 has 300

μm

piezo elements. In addition, there are

two rotary stages- one that rotates in the horizontal plane and on in the vertical
plane.
