1.4 The first settings of the digital camera
As you turn on the digital camera for the first time, a menu allows
setting the menu languages, date and time. This menu is no longer
displayed once you have chosen your parameter.
1.5 to take a photo
• Ensure that the USB cord is unplugged.
• Turn on the digital camera through the key on/off.
• Select the “Picture mode” at first.
• Aim at the subject and adjust the zoom with the thumb wheel
+/- if required.
• Press slightly the shutter button then the viewfinder appears
while setting automatically the lens focal of the appliance.
• Press on the shutter button thoroughly when the viewfinder is
being green.
1.6 to make a video
• Select the « Video mode » to switch from “the picture mode” to
the camcorder (its symbol appears on the screen).
• Aim at the subject and adjust the zoom with the thumb wheel
+/- if required.
• Press slightly the shutter button then the viewfinder appears
while setting automatically the lens focal of the appliance.
• Press on the shutter button thoroughly when the viewfinder is
being green. The recording is working.
• Press once again on the shutter button to stop recording.
1.7 To view your pictures and videos
• Press on the key
MODE
to switch into the « viewing». A triangle
appears in upper left of the screen and a small camcorder ap-
pears on top of the screen to indicate a video.
• To come through the next/previous pictures or videos, use the
thumbnail arrows

• To zoom to a piece of the picture, use the Zoom adjustment as
well as the thumbnail arrows.
