• Please note: For beds with side rails, side rail risers might be need.
Assembly
Please note, that the ThevoautoActiv mattress will be delivered in an extra carton. The system will be delivered in two
parts (Fig. 7).

on the direction marking (Fig. 8).
2.
The connection thorns have to be placed tight and flush into the side elements at the connection points 1 to 6
(Fig. 9 + 10).
3.
Lay the under frame on the existing slatted frame or inlay frame of your bed. Please pay attention to the label for the
head and foot section.
4.
Now lay the mattress on the under frame.
5.
The black fixation flaps of the mattress cover in the head and foot section must be flapped around the under frame
and closed with the zipper (Fig. 11).
6.
The under frame of ThevoautoActiv is safely fixed to the bed frame with the 6 belts. Thread the belts through the
bottom holes of the active side element and then around the tubular frame of the bed. Thread the belt through the

Adjustment Options / Features
Standard setting at delivery
At the delivery of ThevoAutoactiv the adaptors and flexible fibreglass laths are set as shown on Fig. 13.
Adjusting the adaptors
In order to adjust the adaptors you have to grab under the mattress and pull the flexible fibreglass-track slightly upwards.
Now you can turn the adaptor to the required direction or rather remove it completely. Please ensure that the adaptor
grips tight into the stabiliser after every adjustment. Only in this case an unintended turning can be avoided (Fig. 14).
