4.3 Explanation of symbols on the control panel:
Caution!

If the UVC lamp is not changed within its reached operation duration or by
malfunction, insufficiant hygiene will occur.

LED
Symbol
Explanation
(1)
The yellow LED is always lit during “standard mode”. The control system can be switched
into the “final drying process mode” by pressing the reset button for approx. 1 second.
The yellow lamp will then blink during the final drying process. The LED will then shut off,
20 minutes later, after the “final drying process” has finished. The heating regulation will
then stop at the same time.

When the green LED is lit, the granulate has reached ist required temperature. The
machine is now ready for use.
(3)
The orange LED will start blinking after either 8 weeks or 200 hours of operation. Please
then change the granulate for hygienic purposes. Push and hold the reset button for 5
seconds and then switch off the machine at the main switch for 4 seconds. When starting
the machine again the time is reset to zero.

UVC
When the red LED is lit, the UVC lamp has a malfunction and must be changed.

Resetbutton
The reset button has a number of functions. Pushing this button for approx. 1 second will
switch to either the “standard mode” or the “final drying process mode”. Push and hold
the reset button for 5 seconds and then switch off the machine at the main switch for 4
seconds to restore the saved operation time.

On- Off Switch
The main switch turns the machine on and off. After the final drying process has expired
(20 minutes) the control system must be turned off, after 5 seconds the machine can be
turned on again.
Battery voltage
If low voltage of the battery occurs then all LED’s will start blinking. A continuous beeping
will then be heard at the same pace. Please replace the battery. (see chapter 5.4
Replacing the battery)
