Press the
button again to view the timer display. The duration timer will turn
off the heating after the set time has lapsed. The display is in hours and minutes
and is shown below set at 10 hours, 00 minutes.

Use the arrows on the temperature control as you did to set the temperature to set
the required duration time. The bottom display is the set time in hours/minute up to
99 hours, 59 minutes. The top display will count the time down as it lapses.

Please note that the time will not start until the oven has reached temperature and
the timer switch will need to be in the
“1”
position. If the switch is in the
“0”
position
the timer will be bypassed.

When the duration time has been reached the heating will turn off and the indicating
light above the timer switch will be on.
Note: to reset the timer you have to turn
the main power switch off!

Press the
button again to return to the original screen.

Fan Switch:
Use the fan switch to set the fast or slow speed. For more drying capacity turn the
switch to high.

“1”
= high.

Setting the High Temp Safety Thermostat:
A heating element is used for to increase the temperature inside the oven.
The over temperature safety thermostat limits the temperature that the oven can
reach by isolating the power to the element, when the temperature exceeds the thermostat
setting. This is very important if the heating fails in an “on” condition.
It is therefore very important that the thermostat is set at a temperature that will protect
the samples inside the oven, to do this we recommend that the thermostat is set just
above the operating temperature. To do this, use the following procedure:
