TriPlus RSH system.
For this purpose it is necessary to send the file by e-mail to the Thermo Fisher Scientific
technical support center:

RSH Firmware

in the

TriPlus RSH Hardware Manual

The following software components are saved:

• Application Software

Device Firmware

— The Firmware of all active modules which are part of the specific

TriPlus RSH configuration

Configuration

(Data Base)

•

Presets

— Defines a model configuration such as liquid and headspace injection

technique, and so on.

This tool is available in the

Extended User

and

Service

access levels. After successful creation

of the

Diagnostic Backup

, copy the file directly onto the USB Stick. The creation of the

Diagnostic Backup file, with extension

‘*.pack

, does take approximately eight minutes. The

size of the file is in the range of 12 MB, depending on the configuration of the TriPlus RSH.

The

Diagnostic Backup

file can also be used for a

Restore

procedure.

Create Configuration Backup

This command creates a configuration backup file of the TriPlus RSH in its current status.
This configuration backup is stored on the SD card installed on the control board.
