2. Wait until the stability test is completed, or choose

to skip that test or

to stop
all instrument tests. When the stability test is completed, another message may be
displayed while the instrument runs a performance test.

5. Press the ATR Touch Point again to start the workflow.
A message asks you to enter a spectrum title.
6. Enter a title for your sample spectrum and choose

(or press the ATR Touch Point to
accept the default title). If the software has no appropriate background spectrum in
memory, a message tells you to prepare for the background collection.
