Flex Fluorometer User Guide

Replace battery

The Qubit

™

Flex Fluorometer contains a 3 V CR2450 battery, which is required to

record the export CSV file date and time. When the battery runs out, the system
cannot keep the time setting, which indicates the need to replace the battery.

Replace battery

Disconnect the Qubit

™

Flex Fluorometer from the power source.

Remove the four screws (as indicated by the red arrows) on the bottom
chassis of the Qubit

™

Flex instrument using a Phillips-head screwdriver.

Flip the instrument so that the top chassis is facing up.

Open the instrument slightly (~ 3 cm) from the bottom right side.
